In company training. An on-demand web-based training course service for your company, delivered live, via the internet.
We can offer you a choice of training to meet your needs, or you can select training courses from our list of webinars.
Keeping your organisation up to full effectiveness in the current climate can be more than challenging! You will have pressures to perform at the highest level while working with reduced resources. This means that you need all the staff on the ground and yet they will have needs to be met to keep contributing in a changing climate.
One of these areas will be training. The easiest discretionary budget to cut in difficult times, any spending here has to have a visible payback at some stage. In the short term, lack of investment in training may not harm your company, but sooner or later this will catch up with you, with staff leaving for more enlightened, or succesful employers and lower morale among those who remain. This is not to mention a slow reduction in business performance!
Letting people have time off for training is also an issue, even if the law states that people have a right to this in companies over 250 people.
Somtimes you will want training delivered very quickly. This is often difficult to achieve. You may have to wait for a course to be scheduled, or your local Training consultants may not have spare time immediately.
What about your "green" policy? You may be beginning to take your organisation's carbon footprint seriously. This means that sending numbers of people away on courses goes against attempts to reduce engery usage.
So we want to be able to offer you another option for your training in order to save you:- Time away from work

We offer a range of online training sessions and briefings either "off the shelf" or, tailored to suit your needs. This means that you can now specify your own training for individuals, or groups, via your own web delivered training session .
We are therefore one-stop shop for all web delivered training.
No one has to go anywhere!
1. You state the training you require and the desired outcome of this.
2. You specify the date and time of the training session and the number of people involved.
3. We send out invitations by email before the meeting, together with very brief information about using the system.
Just before it starts, Participants click on the link to access the session.
4. The session starts.
5. We agree a follow up appointment.
A broadband internet connection and a land line phone. With a group, a conference call has to be used. This will cost 5p per minute per person, if in different locations.
Alternatively, if you can provide this call facility, this can be used instead.
For one to one to one courses, we will phone you, without charge.
